2. What data we collect
When you fill out the questionnaire on the site, we may collect:
- — your name and contact details (email, Telegram);
- — your answers to the questionnaire about your mood, preferences, and wishes for the shoot;
- — any additional information you choose to share.
3. How the data is used
The data you provide is used solely to:
- — prepare a personal concept and mood board for the shoot;
- — get in touch with you to discuss the details;
- — improve the quality of the service we provide.
Your data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Storage and security
Your answers and personal data are stored on our secured servers in the EU (Germany) and are not shared with third parties except the processors listed below. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
Only Julija Maslova, signed in to her personal, protected account, has access to the contents of your questionnaire.
5. Data processors
We use the following data processors to build the shoot concept. Each operates under contract and is not allowed to use your data for their own purposes:
- Cerebras Systems (USA) — the AI that drafts the initial concept from your answers. We send: only the text of your questionnaire and your first name. We do not send: email, Telegram, phone. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Brevo (France, EU) — sending operational emails (e.g. the verification code for the admin panel sign-in). We send: only the recipient’s email address. Questionnaire answers are never sent.
- Unsplash (USA) and Pexels (Germany) — searching for reference photos for the mood board. We send: only short English search strings (e.g. “woman white dress natural light”). No personal data is sent.
- Cloudflare (USA) — CDN and DDoS protection. Sees visitor IP addresses in its technical logs. Questionnaire data only passes through Cloudflare in encrypted form.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected:
- — if you become a client and the shoot took place — up to 12 months after the shoot date (for possible re-shoots and recommendations);
- — if the shoot did not happen or you decided not to proceed — 90 days from the last contact, then automatic deletion;
- — at any moment you can request immediate deletion — see “Your rights”.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- — request access to your personal data;
- — request correction of inaccurate data;
- — request deletion of your data;
- — withdraw consent for processing your data at any time.

8. Cookies
The site uses only one technical cookie — julija_session — needed for Julija to sign in to the admin panel. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Under the ePrivacy directive, strictly-necessary cookies do not require separate consent.
